American Airlines Honored With NTBCA's Obelisk Award for Its Long-Time Support of North Texas Arts Community

In addition to supporting area arts organizations, American actively encourages its employees to become involved in the arts. Through the Arts Leadership Council at American Airlines, employees participate in events such as the "On My Own Time: Employee Art Show," an annual exhibit of employee-inspired artwork. Arts Leadership Council members also serve as volunteer ambassadors for American in their communities and as advocates for arts and cultural organizations, including NTBCA.
