As a result of the current crisis in the U.S. housing market, our veterans and active duty service members face many obstacles to home ownership. The AFF recognizes that problems resulting from decreased home values, job transfers (including active duty abroad), job losses, and adjustable rate mortgages are putting a great strain on our men and women in uniform. It is the goal of the AFF to alleviate these strains by providing access to a national network of professional Realtors with decades of experience working alongside lenders in local real estate markets.
Mr. Epstein is currently Chief Technology Officer at Dart Homes, and has a decade of real estate and lending experience under the RE/MAX national brand. Dart Homes has been actively involved with distressed property owners for some time and looks forward to the chance to assist those who bravely commit to defending the freedom that allows us to have a society that encourages private homeownership.
