Derco Aerospace Signs Exclusive Five-Year C-130 Total Logistics Support Agreement With Thai Aviation Industries

MILWAUKEE, June 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Derco Aerospace, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, announced today it has signed an exclusive five-year total logistics support agreement with Thai Aviation Industries (TAI) in support of TAI's contract with the Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF). Sikorsky Aerospace Services is the worldwide aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

TAI is the public / private corporation responsible for C-130 maintenance for the RTAF.

Under the new agreement, Derco will be responsible for total logistics support of TAI's maintenance activities supporting RTAF's C-130 fleet. Derco will manage all logistics and repair activities associated with flight line, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance activities.
