Autoliv Selects Schreiner ProTech's Noise-Control Labeling Solution for Seat Belt System

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Schreiner ProTech today announced that Autoliv, the worldwide leader in automotive safety systems, has selected Schreiner ProTech's new noise-control labeling system for automotive seat belt buckles they produce. The unique labels are specially designed to reduce noises produced by the individual components within the buckle hitting against each other during engagement, as well as when the vehicle is in motion.

In order to address Autoliv's needs, Schreiner ProTech developed a tailor-made solution that absorbs undesirable noises emanating from seat belt buckles and reduces the mechanical stress of their individual components.
