Leading Energy Intelligence Company EPS Corp Expands to San Francisco

COSTA MESA, Calif., July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- EPS Corp, the leading energy intelligence company that develops and implements analytic, efficiency and clean solutions for Fortune 500 companies, today announced opening of a San Francisco office and the addition of new executives Iyad Darcazallie and Ryan Bennett.

Supported by a recent $30MM Series B financing round, the EPS Corp San Francisco office will support increased energy services to a growing base of customers within the Pacific Gas & Electric territory, including many Northern California technology companies and channel partners. The office will also host the company's structured finance activities, providing support for products like Rebate xChange, EPS PowerSaver, EPS Shared Savings, EPS PPA and EPS Leasing.

With the opening of the San Francisco office, the company welcomes two new EPS Corp executives; Iyad Darcazallie and Ryan Bennett have joined EPS Corp to provide a strong backbone for the company's expanded finance offerings. Mr. Darcazallie, the company's Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, most recently served as a Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Hewlett Packard, and brings a wealth of international experience in corporate management and strategy to the EPS team. Mr. Bennett, who previously was a partner at Greenrock Capital, has joined EPS as the Director of Structured Finance, and will leverage his extensive work in renewable energy project finance to support a growing suite of financial products that back EPS Corp's energy intelligence services.
