Nautilus Chin Dip Exercise Units recalled
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Nautilus F3 Chin Dip Stationary Exercise Units due to a fall hazard.
The footpads on the apparatus can break, posing a fall danger, the commission said in a statement.
About 400 of the units were imported from China by Nautilus Inc., of Vancouver, Wash., and sold to fitness centers nationwide from May 2007 through February 2009 for about $1,300 apiece.
Model No. F3CD is located on the side of the apparatus, the commission said.
Consumers were advised to stop using the exercise units until the footpads can be replaced.
Fitness centers and consumers can call 800-935-7313 for information.
