-- Net Income in 2Q09 was R$ 219.7 million, a result 17.7% higher than the same period in 2009;

-- In 2Q09, the payout of profits amounting to R$ 230.7 million was approved, corresponding to R$ 1.545173 per share;

-- A resolution of the June 16, 2009 Extraordinary General Meeting approved an increase in the capital stock in an amount of up to R$ 70.5 million though a private issue of new shares pursuant to the proposal of the Board of Directors;

-- 3rd Promissory Note Issue in the amount of R$ 200 million with a nominal unit value of R$ 500 thousand at 106.5% of the CDI (Interbank Certificate Deposit Rate), the issue being assigned a F1+ (bra) rating by Fitch Ratings;
