NEW YORK, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ — The matter having been brought before the court, as docket no. SOM-l-817-05, was dismissed for failure to answer interogatories regarding known environmental violations at the collateral site. After review and full discovery, the proposed real estate that was under commitment to fund, had been tainted with pre-filled syringes.

The honorable superior court judge, Harriet Derman signed the order.
