Segue Technologies Awarded Contract to Perform Capabilities Inventory for USAF ABIDES

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ — Segue Technologies has been engaged to perform the Capabilities Inventory for the USAF Automated Budget Interactive Data Environment System (ABIDES). Segue will identify all of the functionality that exists in the legacy ABIDES system to support a downstream Gap Analysis with the newly developed Financial Information Resources System (FIRST) that is set to take its place. ABIDES has been in existence in some form since the 1960s and is recognized as the official Air Force position with respect to Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE).
