NF Energy Saving Corporation Engages Resources Global Professionals for Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 Compliance Consulting Services

SHENYANG, China, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- NF Energy Saving Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NFEC; "NF Energy"), a Chinese leader in energy efficient flow control systems, today announced the Company has engaged Resources Global Professionals to provide Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 ("SOX s404") compliance consulting services.

Mr. Li Gang, Chairman and CEO of NF Energy commented, "We have been taking steps to improve our internal controls to secure long-term sustainable growth and enhance corporate governance. Our internal teams will work hard with Resources Global Professionals to ensure full SOX S404 compliance."

Under SOX s404, issuers are required to publish information in their annual reports concerning the scope and adequacy of the internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting. This statement shall also assess the effectiveness of such internal controls and procedures.

The registered accounting firm shall, in the same report, attest to and report on the assessment on the effectiveness of the internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting.
