EODT Wins Share of $485 Million Multiple Award Contract to Continue Security Operations in Iraq

LENOIR CITY, Tenn., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- EOD Technology, Inc. (EODT) will continue to provide security services at Forward Operating Bases (FOB) in Iraq, including the Baghdad area, after winning a position on the second consecutive Theater Wide Internal Security Services contract (TWISS II) with an estimated value to five contractors of $485 million. EODT is currently one of the largest security providers for FOBs in Iraq. Under the current TWISS contract, EODT has been awarded contracts in excess of $125 million providing static security, K-9 services, medics and administrative personnel. EODT anticipates continuing its support under this new contract.

EODT received the first TWISS contract in 2007 with subsequent awards of option periods in 2008 and 2009. The TWISS II contract will begin later this year and continue through 2011.
