Crude oil prices top $66 per barrel

Crude oil prices topped $66 per barrel Friday on slight gains after prices slipped most of the week.
The price of light, sweet crude, which began the week at $71.82 per barrel, gained 8 cents Friday to hit $66.04 per barrel. Heating oil prices rose 0.002 cents Friday to $1.6791 per gallon. Reformulated gasoline prices fell 0.0016 cents to $1.6205 per gallon. Natural gas rose 0.018 cents to $3.987 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, the national average price of unleaded gasoline was $2.525 per gallon Friday, down from Thursday's $2.534, AAA said.
