Mundus Group, Inc. Announces Formation of AirStar Search & Rescue UAV 4 Life to Focus on Saving Lives and Property From Wildfires in California

September 29, 2009

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Mundus Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MNDP) announces formation of AirStar Search & Rescue UAV 4 Life to focus on saving lives and property from wildfires in California.

AirStar International has been under contract with U.S. Army and U.S. Navy as well as many other agencies as a search and rescue vehicle and is continuing its ambitious expansion to gain industry advantage in this lucrative niche market.

Head of AirStar Design Engineering Michael Boehm made clear, “AirStar sees a huge market in aerial search & rescue with multiple benefits that will become the new standard in fire and emergency response”

UAV 4 Life is a UAVTOL Unmanned air vehicle with Vertical Take Off and Landing capabilities that can fly out with every fire and rescue department and provide accurate visual details and thermal data of fires in buildings or in rural forest fires. The AirStar UAV 4 Life can gather real time visual and infrared information that will help provide assessment of where the greatest dangers are in the immediate area and what occupies the adjacent buildings. In wild fires when smoke or fog can ground piloted planes and make ground searches impossible, UAV 4 Life makes search and rescue possible in life threatening situations.

When Army and Navy rescue helicopters and aircraft are grounded due to heavy fog or smoke from wild fires, the AirStars are called in to continue search and rescue missions. With advanced AirStar Optics and observation packages fire, rescue and police personnel can search, observe, automatically monitor and track children, people, moving vehicles while sending pin-point accuracy GPS coordinates and real time high definition video images to mobile personnel on the ground and command stations as well as rescue and public safety agencies without leaving their desk.

Fires can overwhelm the elderly, children and pets and safety routes can be hazardous if the infrastructure has collapsed after earthquakes or floods. UAV 4 Life can immediately see the dangers and investigate for signs of life. UAV 4 Life will able to communicate with aerial loudspeaker capabilities that can give commands that lead victims through to safety and coordinate firefighters efforts from a video link at the mobile control center.

AirStar International Inc, a U.S. manufacturer of UAV (unmanned air vehicles), has been an innovator and world leader for the past 25 years in the design, engineering, development, production and sales of cutting edge remote controlled (RC) UAVs for government agencies. Equipped with advanced aerial Optics and Surveillance packages, fire, rescue and police can observe, automatically monitor and track fires, buildings, people and moving vehicles while sending pin-point accuracy GPS coordinates and real time high definition video images to rescue agencies in the field or public safety control headquarters without leaving their desk.
