Deltacom’s 12th Annual Charity Golf Outing Benefits Habitat for Humanity

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — ITC^DeltaCom, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITCD), a leading provider of integrated communications services to customers in the southeastern United States, today announced that its 12th Annual Charity Golf Outing has resulted in a charitable donation to Habitat for Humanity of Calhoun County, Alabama in the amount of $15,000.

“Habit for Humanity believes that every person deserves, at least, a simple and decent place in which to live and grow,” said Ron Hindman, Habitat for Humanity of Calhoun County of Alabama’s Executive Director. “Our work is made possible by the help and support of charitable donations and volunteers like those contributed by our friends at Deltacom.”

Deltacom’s charity golf outing was held on October 3, 2009 at Silver Lakes Golf Course in Glencoe, AL. The event was sponsored by a number of Deltacom’s vendors, and players consisted of Deltacom’s vendors, employees and customers. The proceeds from the event will be utilized by Habitat for Humanity to rebuild a local home in Anniston, AL. Later this fall, Deltacom employees will also participate in a building project to begin construction of the home.
