Green Earth Technologies Files Form 10 with SEC

STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Green Earth Technologies (OTC Pink Sheets: GETG), a leading seller, distributor and marketer of branded, environmentally-friendly bio-based "green" performance and appearance products, announced today that it filed a Form 10 registration statement with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to become a reporting company under the securities Exchange Act of 1934.
