Warrior Girl Corp. and American Resource Petroleum Corp. Sign License Agreement
MIAMI., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Warrior Girl Corp. (Pink Sheets: WRGL) announced today that it has obtained a license from American Resource Petroleum Corp. (“ARPC”) for the extraction of oil from tar sands, oil shale, coal and used tires. The process uses Pyrolitic Hydrocarbon Gasification Technology.
The Company has initiated several other beneficial relationships to assist in the acquisition/option/joint venture of WRGL with private enterprises under a royalty or actual ownership of proven and recoverable oil reserves. The Company’s desired acquisition is a minimum of 40 to 60 million barrels. These same relationships are also currently working on obtaining working capital.
Management of WRGL and its Special Committee consisting of independent advisory members advised the Board that this current structure should accomplish the original goals of the Company. Current discussions with third parties have indicated an interest in forming a strategic relationship with WRGL now that the Company is in possession of the License. We are currently pursuing discussions with other potential strategic partners who share our mutual vision.
Work continues on completing the final video of the production process. The major problem is that several pieces of equipment have not yet been patented or placed into shell containers, where no one can see the design. We will post the video on a web site for viewing as soon as possible.
