China Wind Systems, Inc. to Attend 2009 China Wind Power Conference

WUXI, China, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ — China Wind Systems,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CHWY) (“China Wind Systems” or the “Company”), a
leading supplier of forged products and industrial equipment to the wind power
and other industries in China, announced today that the Company will attend
the 2009 China Wind Power Conference on October 21st to 23rd at the New China
International Exhibition Center, Tianzhu Airport Industrial Zone, Shunyi
District, Beijing China.

The Global Wind Energy Council, Chinese Renewable Energy Industries
Association and Chinese Wind Energy Association will host the Conference,
which will be attended by hundreds of wind power industry suppliers covering
the entire supply chain.

During the Conference, China Wind Systems will be available to meet with
investors and potential customers at booth HM14.
