University Gateway, USC's Premier Student Housing Facility, Ahead of Schedule

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Los Angeles developer Urban Partners today announced that its flagship student housing development, University Gateway, is progressing ahead of schedule.

"Our construction team is working very hard and has recently completed the second floor units. We are now about 2 months ahead of our planned development timeline and making great progress." said Urban Partners Developer John Hrovat.

University Gateway is scheduled to open in August of 2010, however the welcome center is open and leases are available for those that want to guarantee their place in the community. The eight story, 421 unit modern student housing development is located steps away from the University of Southern California (USC) campus and will cater specifically to the needs and desires of today's students.

The new Welcome Center, located at 3225 South Hoover Street in the University Village Shopping Center, provides future residents the chance to preview the modern furnishings and exclusive amenities that University Gateway will offer to students when it opens next summer.

Additionally, University Gateway is taking part in USC's Parents Weekend on October 24 and offering a special leasing promotion. Leases signed during Parents Weekend come with a choice of a free beach cruiser, or a $175.00 gift card.
