Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, Houston, Texas, Advises in Acquisition of EIM Controls, Inc.

IRVINE, Calif. and HOUSTON, Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC and Sid M. Shaver, Managing Director, are pleased to announce that Emerson Process Management, an Emerson business (NYSE: EMR) St. Louis, Missouri, has acquired EIM Controls, Inc., Missouri City, Texas, (www.eim-co.com) a manufacturer of high quality valve actuators since 1949.

Mr. Shaver, CPA, CM&AA, who is Hunter Wise Financial Group's Managing Director in its Houston, Texas, office represented EIM Controls in the transaction. EIM Controls generated sales of approximately $43.3 million in its last fiscal year and has 168 employees in the U.S., Europe and Asia. "EIM Controls, a third generation business, has an excellent reputation for long-term reliability, high quality construction and an extensive product line in the valve control industry," Mr. Shaver said. Emerson , with sales of $24.8 billion in fiscal 2008, is 94th on the Fortune 500 list of America's largest companies.
