GEORGE, Utah, Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — SkyWest, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: SKYW) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2009 on all shares then issued and outstanding. The 58th consecutive dividend will be paid on January 6, 2010. The Board of Director’s regular quarterly dividend policy is based upon the Company’s strong financial condition and confidence in the Company’s ability to pay a regular quarterly dividend.
