Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide Brings Warmth and Takes Charity Fundraising to the Next Level

January 13, 2010

OCALA, Fla., Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ — Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. (WOTAW), located in North Central Florida, has launched the 2010 Furnished, Custom Home and Mercedes or cash equivalent raffle to raise funds for widows and widowers. The Grand Prize in the raffle is a furnished home and Mercedes SL or the cash equivalent (approximately: $800,000).

The economic climate has made it challenging for non-profits to raise the much needed money, so Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. looked to their sunny Florida location to meet their financial needs. Each year millions and millions of people visit Florida, many of whom dream of owning a winter, vacation home. This charity raffle offers these visitors a chance to win a furnished, custom home and Mercedes SL convertible, or cash for a mere $10. There have been a few raffles this year throughout the U.S., but none have offered the total package (All you need are your personal items).

“It is very difficult to raise funds to help others right now. We needed a big prize to get people’s attention. This is truly a unique opportunity for someone to have a dream home and a dream automobile, or cash to make their dreams come true,” says Jerrell Bass, President of Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. and director of the charity raffle.

The grand prize drawing will take place on April 10, 2010. Tickets can be obtained at www.WOTAW.com for $10 (Yes, only ten dollars). We want everyone to be able to help and to take advantage of this opportunity.

Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed to help meet the needs of widows and widowers in the central Florida area. The charity funds from this raffle will help with transportation, handy person services, grief counseling, just to name a few.
