Chaparral Energy Withdraws Senior Notes Private Placement

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ — Chaparral Energy, Inc. (“Chaparral”) today announced that it is withdrawing a previously announced $400 million private placement of senior notes. The proceeds were to have been used to repay indebtedness under its existing credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
