Energtek Creates Subsidiary to Advance Business Developments in Serbia
leader in hi-tech natural gas solutions and world leader in the development
of Adsorbed Natural Gas (ANG) technology, today announced that its
subsidiary, Energtek Products Ltd., is establishing a subsidiary, Energtek SR
d.o.o., to carry out business operations in Serbia.
The decision was taken following the advancement of business development
in Serbia during the past several months, and the potential for the further
development of activities expected during the months forthcoming.
Energtek SR will focus its activities on the transport natural gas to
industrial consumers utilizing the Energtek’s mobile energy solutions
including the proprietary Low-pressure Mobile Pipeline (LMP(TM)) system.
Energtek SR will purchase natural gas from local energy sources. The
subsidiary will leverage Energtek’s technology to transport and then sell the
natural gas, providing a complete ongoing energy supply solution to end users.
