Fuel Rewards Program Will Allow Customers to Use Their Ralphs rewards Card to Earn Fuel Savings at Participating Shell Stations

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ — Ralphs Grocery Company is excited to team up with Shell, the no. 1 selling gasoline brand in the U.S., to give customers in the greater Los Angeles area, including Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, the chance to earn fuel savings at the pump. The exclusive alliance provides Ralphs shoppers the opportunity to save on fuels by using their Ralphs rewards Card.

Beginning November 1, every time Ralphs customers in the area make a purchase with their Ralphs rewards Card, they not only save money on their grocery bill but also earn rewards Points that can be used at the pump. Ralphs customers have the opportunity to redeem 100 points per visit to save 10 cents per gallon instantly at participating Shell stations. This offer is valid up to 35 gallons of fuel per purchase.

Customers earn one rewards Point for every dollar spent on most items when they use their Ralphs rewards Card during shopping trips at participating Ralphs stores. To help shoppers build up their savings quickly, additional rewards Points can be earned by purchasing prescriptions or gift cards at Ralphs. Customers earn 50 rewards Points for each filled eligible prescription and two rewards Points for every dollar spent on third-party gift cards from Ralph’s in-store Gift Card Malls. Shoppers can visit any Ralphs store for more details. rewards Points will be automatically added to Ralphs rewards Card accounts and will be reflected on customers’ grocery receipt after every purchase. Customers also have the option of looking online on their “My Ralphs” page at www.ralphs.com to check how many rewards Points they have earned. rewards Points earned in the current calendar quarter are available for use through the end of that quarter. For example, if you earn 300 points in October, you can earn 10 cents per gallon on your next three visits, redeemable through the end of December. The rewards cycles follow the calendar quarters. 1st Quarter: January – March, 2nd Quarter: April – June, 3rd Quarter: July – September, 4th Quarter: October – December.

Customers may redeem their rewards Points at participating Shell stations by using their Ralphs rewards Card at the pump, manually entering their card number or entering their alternate ID, which will initiate the fuel savings.
