Basic Energy Services Reschedules its Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2010 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

(NYSE: BAS) (“Basic”) announced today it has rescheduled the release of its 2010 fourth quarter and year-end financial results from Tuesday, February 22, 2011 to Wednesday, February 16, 2011 after the close of market. In conjunction with the earnings release, Basic has scheduled a conference call that will now be broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, February 17, starting at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. Central).
