DETROIT, March 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — In a continued effort to enhance and diversify their expert network, New Motor Advisors (a Michigan-based LLC; http://newmotoradvisors.com ) has added Dave McLellan and Sheryl Adams to its Extended Expert Network to assist firms with automotive product development, technology application and investor due diligence assessments.
Dave McLellan was Chief Engineer for the Chevrolet Corvette from 1975 to 1992 bringing technical innovation to the forefront, exactly where established OEMs and start-up companies find themselves today. This is especially true for electric (BEV, PHEV) and hybrid vehicles. Her achievements include creation of the Ford Custom Accessories brand. Sheryl was also on the leading edge of telematics as Commercial Sales Manager at GM’s OnStar unit and as Director of Business Development at a prior Ford / Qualcomm JV.
“We enthusiastically welcome Dave McLellan and Sheryl Adams to our expert network,” said New Motor Advisors founder and president, David J. Stenson. “Our recently announced contract with AMP Electric Vehicles shows clients find value in the depth of experience we can immediately deliver as a team to their organizations, including networking into Detroit’s engineering service and component suppliers.”
