EcoBlu Products Announces Affiliate Applicator in Augusta, Georgia

VISTA, Calif., April 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — EcoBlu Products, Inc., (OTCBB: ECOB) announced today that the company has finalized an Affiliate, Purchase, Distribution & Services Agreement with EcoPrime, LLC, formerly Bluwood South, an established wood coatings applicator located in Augusta, Georgia. Under the terms of the agreement EcoPrime will produce ECOB Red Shield(TM) Protected Lumber products in its Augusta facility with the rights to distribute lumber into the entire market. EcoPrime has made a conscious decision to embrace the enhanced technology incorporating the Fire, Mold, Wood Rot and Termite protection ECOB products offer the market at competitive pricing.

A successful roll out of our Patent Pending WoodSurfaceFilm(TM) treatment requires the product availability in strategic locations around the country. This facility in Augusta, Georgia, is strategically located, providing the company the ability to service the humid southern markets. The Augusta facility will also provide ECOB with an additional coating service location, allowing easy access to the southern ports to feed our Haiti and Africa lumber enterprise and humanitarian efforts.
