John is a 20 year waste industry veteran who has held leadership positions with both public and private solid waste companies. Most recently, John was the Vice President of Operations for Casella Waste, a leading solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services company that operates in 14 states with 32 solid waste collection operations, 31 transfer stations, 37 recycling facilities and 10 landfills. While at Casella, John helped lead the firm’s operational improvements, growth and vertical integration strategy, and was focused on Casella’s long-term goal of transforming traditional solid waste streams into renewable resources.
