Glass India has just signed a definitive binding agreement concerning the
acquisition of Sezal Glass Ltd’s float glass business in
deal, Saint-Gobain Glass India will acquire a new float plant located in the
district of Bharuch, in Gujarat, together with its business assets. Brought
