Call for Desperate Yards – Last Yard Care Intervention Opportunity for the Summer
MILWAUKEE, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Anyone who has felt the frustration of trying to tame a crazy-bad lawn and yard should listen up: there’s still time to win a yard intervention this summer at www.yardsmartsintervention.com.
Homeowners can apply for an intervention for themselves or they can call out a neighbor, family member or friend in need of help. (Be sure to secure their permission first.) The winner will receive on-the-ground help from the Briggs & Stratton Yard Smarts team to turn their ugly yard into a beauty, plus a new lawn mower, pressure washer and $1,500 check.
Each entry should creatively explain the yard care problems and why an intervention is necessary, using either a short video or up to four photos to show the yard. Complete rules and entry guidelines can be found at www.yardsmartsintervention.com.
Five yards deemed most in need of help will be selected June 16. Public voting will determine the yard that ultimately receives an intervention sponsored by Briggs & Stratton Corporation. Trey Rogers, Ph.D., known as the “Yard Doctor,” will help transform the yard and deliver the new yard care equipment and the check.
Complete rules, as well as lots of yard care knowledge, can be found at www.yardsmartsintervention.com.
