VANCOUVER, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ – Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of an
additional six core holes from its winter 2011 drill program at the
Carlos Zone, Grew Creek Project, Yukon.  All of these holes have
intersected significant mineralization including 46.7m of 3.78 g/t Gold
beginning at a depth of 130.4 m in core hole GC11-276 and 47.3m of 1.02
g/t Gold from a depth of 47m in core hole GC11-275.

Drilling results received to date continue to confirm the position and
orientation of veins and high-grade stockwork zones modeled from
historic drill data. These new data fill gaps within the historic drill
pattern and extend the known mineralized zones along strike and down
dip. The Company is looking forward to receiving the results from the
final 5 core holes from the 20-hole winter 2011 program which was
completed last month.  The drill spacing achieved during this drilling
campaign will provide the data necessary to calculate an indicated
resource, which the Company is working to complete later this year.

((1) )Results where g/t x m is less than 2.5 are not reported in this table,
unless the individual grade was >= 1 g/t gold over a minimum of 2.0
metres. Other intervals require >=0.5 g/t gold to be included.

((2) )grams per tonne (g/t) to troy ounces per short ton: g/t divided by
34.2857 or multiply by .0292 meters to feet: 1 m equals 3.28084 ft.
