(the “Company”) (OTCBB: SMGIU), announced today that separate trading of the common stock and warrants underlying the units from the Company’s initial public offering completed in May 2011 will commence on August 4, 2011. The holders of the Company’s units may elect to separately trade the shares of common stock and warrants underlying the units or continue to trade the unit. Those units not separated will continue to be quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol “SMGIU” and each of the shares of common stock and the warrants will trade under the symbols “SMGI” and “SMGIW”, respectively.
