Oil Prices Rise, Natural Gas Falls

Oil futures reversed course and posted a slight gain Wednesday but natural gas prices dropped near a five-month low.
Crude-oil prices, lower most of the day, gained 21 cents to $63.35 a barrel during afternoon trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Crude had risen more than $2 on Tuesday.
February natural gas reached $10.15 per million British thermal units on the Mercantile Exchange, down 47.6 cents, or 4.5 percent. At one point, trading hit $10.03, a level not seen since mid-August.
Heating oil was up 1.11 cents at $1.8075 a gallon and unleaded gasoline rose 0.65 cent to $1.759 a gallon.
