Tehran, 4 February: The reporting of Iran's nuclear dossier to the UN Security Council received a decisive reaction from Tehran.
An informed source said: Following the resolution by the [IAEA] Board of Governors on reporting Iran's nuclear case to the Security Council, Iran's Atomic Energy Organization has been asked to prepare a draft letter addressed to the IAEA stating that Tehran will, at a certain time, start industrial enrichment.
The same source added: The letter by the Iran Atomic Energy Agency will be sent to the IAEA in the next few days. It will highlight Iran's continued commitment to the NPT.
According to the Majlis ratification, issued on 22 November 2005, the government is obliged to cease all voluntary cooperation with the IAEA including the implementation of additional protocol and to resume its uranium enrichment, if Iran's case were referred to the UN Security Council.
