“With 25% of our destinations having started within the past 3 months, and 15% in February alone, I’m more than pleased with our results,” said Ben Baldanza, president and chief operating officer of Spirit Airlines. “There is a continued excellent customer response to our network strategy as well as our accelerated transition to an all Airbus fleet, which will be complete prior to the start of the 4th quarter. Customers are enjoying Spirit’s sweet new airplanes, sexy destinations, and of course, our hot fares.”
