CYBERSURF Launches Free High Speed Internet Service and Digital Local Phone Services in Toronto

Cybersurf Corp. ("Cybersurf") (TSX-V: CY), Canada's leading independent Internet Service Provider, announces the launch of its new local phone service through its "CIA Local Phone" brand in the Toronto market. The local phone service is offered as a competitive alternative to Bell and Rogers' local phone service, and includes E911, 411, free unlimited local calling in the 416 area code, free call features and low domestic and international long distance rates. Customers that purchase the CIA Local Phone service receive a free 6 Mbps High Speed Internet connection over Cable Internet (where available).
