Vehicle Crashes and Shreded Tire Cause Road Blockages

Apr. 3--The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting at 1:20 p.m. three incidents on Manatee and Sarasota county roads where there are road blockages.
Here are the vehicle crashes that state troopers were working. (The first time given is when the accident was first reported to the highway patrol.)
11:45 a.m. in Bradenton on 26th Street West north of 53rd Avenue West. No injuries. No roadblock.
12:03 p.m. in Bradenton on 5th Street West at Cortez Road. No injuries. No roadblock.
12:16 p.m. in Venice on Shamrock Boulevard at Tamiami Trail South. No injuries. No roadblock.
12:52 p.m. in Sarasota on Clark Road at Bronx Ave. Roadblock on Clark Road. No injuries.
12:54 p.m. in Port Charlotte on Veterans Boulevard at Toledo Blade Boulevard. Roadblock. Injuries.
Interstate 75 southbound at Mile Marker 182 near Northport has tire-tread debris in the roadway at 1:20 p.m.
