By Christina Hoag, The Miami Herald
Apr. 5–Coral Gables-based advertising and marketing firm Kelley Swofford Roy said Wednesday that it has acquired Flywheel Branding.
The addition of the Fort Lauderdale-based company will serve to expand KSR’s brand consulting practice. “The acquisition accelerates our expansion plans while enhancing the breadth of service we provide to clients,” said Susan Kelley, KSR chairman and chief executive.
Flywheel will bring clients including Carrera Toys, TAG Company, MOS Imaging Systems, Marimon Business Systems and Services On-Site. KSR will keep the agency’s Fort Lauderdale office, which will bring KSR’s offices to three — it also has an office in Port Charlotte.
Flywheel President Adam Kustin will become president of KSR.
KSR clients include Miami-Dade Transit, Florida Department of Transportation, Charlotte Harbor & the Gulf Islands Tourism, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, and other governmental and nonprofit entities.
