Morning Rush Winds Down With Two Vehicle Crashes

Apr. 14–Two accidents on heavily traveled commuter routes in Manatee and Sarasota counties marked the late rush.
The Florida Highway Patrol, in an 8:44 a.m. report, cited these incidents:
Vehicle crash in Manatee County on 53rd Avenue West. Called to FHP at 9:30 a.m. On 53rd at 34th Street West. No injuries. Unknown roadblock.
Vehicle crash in Sarasota County on Fruitville Road north of Honore Avenue. No injuries. No roadblock.
