Morning Rush Winds Down With Two Vehicle Crashes

Apr. 14--Two accidents on heavily traveled commuter routes in Manatee and Sarasota counties marked the late rush.

The Florida Highway Patrol, in an 8:44 a.m. report, cited these incidents:

Vehicle crash in Manatee County on 53rd Avenue West. Called to FHP at 9:30 a.m. On 53rd at 34th Street West. No injuries. Unknown roadblock.

Vehicle crash in Sarasota County on Fruitville Road north of Honore Avenue. No injuries. No roadblock.
