State Rail Coalition Chair to Make Case for Dedicated Federal Passenger Rail Fund

WASHINGTON, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- States for Passenger Rail Coalition Chair Frank Busalacchi will press for passage of legislation that would create a dedicated federal fund to support passenger rail service in the United States in a special address to The Transportation Table at the National Press Club this Friday.
