Comarco (NASDAQ:CMRO) Wireless Test Solutions today announces it has delivered 350 Prizm Multi-Band, Multi-Technology RF Scanners to ZK Celltest, Inc. for use in ZK's RMS Real-time Monitoring System. RMS is an autonomous data collection and analysis system that automates and centralizes drive testing, allowing operators to improve overall quality and reduce response time to issues (MTTR), while reducing engineering expenses.
"We selected the Comarco Prizm Scanner not only because it is technologically outstanding," notes Rich Miletic, CEO of ZK Celltest, "but because we were so impressed with the superior level of customer support provided by Comarco."
"OEM support is one of the secrets behind the extraordinary worldwide sales growth that we are experiencing," says Greg Maton, senior vice president and GM for Comarco Wireless Test Solutions. "Our technology speaks for itself. However, our customers truly appreciate the fact that we have a customer advocate on our staff who always makes sure that we view issues from the perspective of each customer."
