Duluth Air Show Tickets on Sale
By Duluth News-Tribune, Minn.
May 12–Tickets go on sale today for the Monaco Air Duluth Airshow on July 8-9 at the Duluth International Airport.
The air show attracted about 70,000 attendees when it was last held in Duluth in 2003. This year’s show features a dozen performances, including the U.S. Air Force’s Thunderbirds.
Air show promoters also announced this week that a vintage WWII U.S. Navy F-4U Vaught Corsair fighter will fly a “Legacy Flight” along with an F-18 Hornet jet fighter. The Corsair is a soft spot for many baby boomers because they were used in the 1970s TV series “Baa Baa Black Sheep.”
