MB Runway Reopens After Plane Has Trouble Landing

May 18–Myrtle Beach International Airport’s runway has reopened after being closed for nearly three hours this morning.
According to airport officials, a cargo plane experienced problems during landing at 7:46 a.m. There were no injuries.
The runway reopened after the plane was removed, according to aiports director Bob Kemp. A number of flights were affected by the closure, he said.
