Central District Health Will Hold ServSafe Course

May 26–The Central District Health Department will offer the eight-hour ServSafe Manager Certification course on June 12. ServSafe is a food-safety course sanctioned by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and is designed to provide food-service managers with the knowledge necessary to meet state and national standards.

The $85 course offers certification that is valid for five years and can be used anywhere in the United States. The course is intended for food-service managers, but is open to all food-service employees. Pre-registration is required by June 5. Call 27-8526 to reserve a seat.
