Berks Exhibitors Taking Part in Corriedale Show and Sale

Jun. 4--Berks County exhibitors will be taking part in the National Corriedale Show and Sale June 15 to 18 in the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg.
Roger D. Bowman, Greenwich Township Corriedale exhibitor, said the show and sale are being held in conjunction with the Keystone Stud Ram Show and Sale.
"All Corriedale fleece exhibited during the show should be very good quality," he said.
Bowman said the National Corriedale Junior Show will take place June 15 starting at 1 p.m.
On June 16, the National Corriedale Show will begin at 9 a.m. followed immediately by the Keystone Stud Ram Show. Fleece judging will follow the ram show.
The National Corriedale Sale will take place June 17 at 9 a.m. followed by the Keystone Stud Ram Sale. The Corriedale fleece sale is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Check in for the Keystone Classic Youth Show will be held at 4 p.m. The classic skillathon will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. with the classic showmanship starting at 7 p.m.
On June 18, the Keystone Classic Youth show will begin at 9 a.m. Order of events include the breeding sheep show, market lamb show, market goat show and top gun awards.
