SkyBridge Technology Group, INC. ''SBTG'' Announces Its Subsidiary (Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc) Has Acquired a Technologically Advanced Cirrus SR20

SkyBridge Technology Group, Inc. (Formerly SkyBridge Wireless, Inc.) (OTC:SBTG) Board of Directors has announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sierra Pacific Aviation, Inc. has acquired a technologically advanced Cirrus SR20.

Sierra Pacific Aviation has acquired a technologically advanced aircraft for inclusion with the latest FAA/Industry Training Standards (FITS). Sierra Pacific will take delivery on June 13, 2006, manage and provide advanced flight training with the latest in general aviation avionics, systems and safety features of a glass panel Cirrus SR20. The SR20 represents not only advancement in aircraft systems, but in aircraft design and safety features. The recent certification of Cirrus Design SR20 & SR22 aircraft have taken the industry by storm and now represent the second largest production aircraft in the general aviation industry.

"The glass panel SR20 will be a unique addition to our fleet and should be a bestseller with avid aviators and business people that can utilize economical and quick transportation for up to 400 nautical mile trips," stated Scott Hughes Vice President and Chief Pilot of Sierra Pacific Aviation Inc. Hughes added, "With the increased pressure on productivity and the delta between aviation fuel and auto fuel decreasing, we think the SR20 will become a viable mode of transportation as well as a learning platform."

The SR20 bolsters the fleet to a total of 15 aircraft that are managed and/or operated by Sierra Pacific. Further, the SR20 will be the only aircraft specifically used in conjunction with the latest in FAA training methods. Sierra Pacific has a truly unique program that can take a zero time student through their Private Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating with a proven scenario based training program. This acquisition falls into Sierra Pacific's total service model by providing aircraft sourcing, acquisition, management and training services.
