Kraft Foods Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.23 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Kraft Foods Inc. (NYSE:KFT) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.23 per common share of Class A and Class B stock, payable on July 6, 2006, to stockholders of record as of June 28, 2006.
