Hi-Tech Pharmacal to Release Fourth Quarter Earnings and Hold Conference Call on July 12, 2006

Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: HITK) announced that the Company will release results for its fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2006 ended April 30, 2006, prior to the market opening on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 and will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
