BOISE, Idaho and PRINCETON, N.J., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Washington Group International Inc. announced today that it has been selected to provide detailed engineering, procurement assistance and construction management services for installation of a flue gas desulfurization system, or scrubber, at Reliant Energy's Cheswick Power Plant, Springdale, Pa.
